2. Nature of Our Service

We do not provide travel services. We:

  • Build SEO pages for verified travel partners

  • Direct user leads via clickable phone numbers or forms

  • Do not intervene or control any communication between users and agencies

All bookings, payments, and services are handled off-platform.

3. Subdomain Model & Lead Generation

Each agency partner is assigned a subdomain (e.g., partner.1st-travel.com) which we optimize to attract leads. These leads may:

  • Call the listed phone number

  • Submit a form (on some subdomains)

  • Click WhatsApp or external links

4. Data & Liability

We do not store customer data. If submitted via form, it goes directly to the partner.
We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of data by partner agencies

  • Any booking issues, cancellations, refunds, or disputes

  • Poor travel experiences or service quality

5. Partner Agency Agreement

Travel agencies working with us agree to:

  • Provide truthful business details

  • Maintain service quality and professionalism

  • Comply with Indian consumer laws

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any partner for violation of trust or service failure.

6. Lead Model & Billing

We operate under two commercial models:

  • Per-lead basis: Partners are billed per qualified lead (phone call/form inquiry)

  • Monthly subscription: Agencies pay a fixed fee for ongoing SEO and lead access

No refunds are offered once services are rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, subdomain structures, design assets, and proprietary SEO technology used on 1st-Travel.com are owned by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts, preferably in Mumbai.
